Hi, I’m Sam, a designer born and raised in Lincoln, a small, historic
city in Lincolnshire, England, known for its rich history & stunning architecture. Dating as far back as the 1st century BCE. Lincoln has had
a rich and varied history from being a Roman stronghold for which it owes
its current name, to a Norman centre of religion at which time Lincoln Cathedral was built - considered the finest example of gothic architecture
and for 200 years the tallest building on the planet, also home to one of
the four remaining copies of the Magna Carta.
More recently, Lincoln has become an engineering powerhouse, widely regarded as the birthplace of the tank during WW1. During WW2, Lincolnshire became known as Bomber county. Surrounded by airfields, it was home to a large portion of the Allied offensive air capabilities.

My professional background is rooted in a unique blend of design and hands-on experience - I began in marketing sector, where I developed my skills in brand identity and visual communication, following that I transitioned into the Design/Manufacture sector, providing me with experience both designing and manufacturing signage, from something as simple as applying print to a board - to machining out complex 3-axis shapes into aluminium or Acrylic.
This practical experience has provided me with invaluable insights into production processes, materials & print, shaping my understanding of design from both creative and logistical angles. This combination of experience in both design and marketing has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to create comprehensive and effective design solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
